This in-n-out is located in downtown burbank, california located at 761 n 1st st, burbank, ca 91502. The great thing about this recording is that it's free of all music that would invalidate the recording due to copyright restrictions. In-n-out, unlike other fast food chains, does not allow music in their dining rooms. This is because most in-n-out locations are so busy and constantly loud, the addition of music would create an unbearable sense of mayhem. Autumn forest wind. Heavy, fast gusty in tall pine trees. Some birds and raindrops. Soundscapes of natural white noise of moderate intensity. Some are stagnant or static and with few birds. The presents of the colourful red and yellow dry leaves that is still on the trees, creates the noise of the wind with rustling whispers. Is a constantly form of natural white noise that is always changing and evolving. These recordings is from my third attempt. I think it is very difficult to record the “spirit” and unique sound of the wind. This is pure natural wind sounds (no layering, no post-processing, no synthesizers). A 4-minute. Wav recording of an apartment parking lot in a small neighborhood with a busy nearby roadway - from a different perspective. Cars can be heard driving by, along with a faint humming with from some machinery and a small amount of wind. There is also some faint talking, laughing and coughs from a group in one of the apartment buildings, which can add to the effect. There are two instances when cars drive into the parking lot (about at 3:20 and 3:40), and shortly afterward a person walks by the mic. Recorded with the microphone of a nikon coolpix camera.

Ambient recording of the courtyard in my apartment complex. The are two story brick buildings, next to a main road, border-line highway. The traffic light means that the birds and neighbor's dog start predominant, then are taken over by the rush of traffic as the light changes to green. A sunny day, but clouds are in the distance, as an impending storm is about to roll in. The whining dog seems to share his sentiment about the dark clouds. Recorded with a zoom h6, stereo xy adapter set to 120 degree spread. Set up through a wide open window as to cut down on wind noise.

Just discovered this recording i had from 2016, and thought i'd upload it to complement my other diner recording on here (https://freesound. Org/people/edlundart/sounds/501025/). This is 4 and a half minutes of background noise from a new york city diner, including people talking, clanging plates and glasses and forks and knives and cups being cleared away by staff. Crucially, no music is playing. This means you can either use this clean, or layer in your own rights-cleared music if you're using this in a film or whatever. Recording of parakeets being loud in springfield park in easy london at 7:30am in november. This was an unintentional recording as i was testing out some new gear, this meant that i wasn't able to unclip the mics from my rucksack straps and avoid picking up the rustle of my clothes and some breathing. A train and canal boat engines can be heard in the background. This recording was made using a sound devices mixpre6ii and a stereo pair of fel em172 mics. Low cut on the sd which in basic mode is 80hz (i think). There is no processing to this recording other than to ‘normalize’ the levels. I do not require any credit or attribution. Edited to remove potentially copyright infringing music (captured playing out of passing cars and motorbikes). Recorded with two countryman emw lavaliers in a head-mounted binaural arrangement, into a tascam dr-40 recorder. Processed to remove excessive bass rumble and compensate for eq curve of lavaliers.
